“Victoria Bartlett is significant because she thinks not just about the way a woman might look, but about the ways that women might dress.

During the last fashion week in Milan,  Dopolavoro opened Bartlett’s show -  an exposition of inspirations and concepts which delineate VPL (Visible Panty Line).

London born designer Victoria Bartlett  is known for both her underwear inspired designs and her acclaimed career as a stylist.

VPL began with the simple concept of drawing innerwear out,  a line of undergarment-inspired styles in Fall of 2003, when stylist Victoria Bartlett had a vision to design a capsule collection. Through the gathering of images, film, and sculptural specialty clothing the pieces reveal a candid dialogue of anatomical fascination between Victoria and other artists including Steven Klein, Mark Borthwick, David Armstrong and Jack Pierson, to name a few.

To see how was on opening party watch the video and photos. Furthermore, the show will be open till 16st October.
