			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-GB">From 29<sup> </sup>of November till 02 Decembe, <span> </span><span> </span>Space Art in <st1:city w:st="on">Manhattan</st1:city> and The Tank artistic collective of <st1:state w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">New   York</st1:place></st1:state> 8bitpeoples announce the Blip Festival <st1:metricconverter productid="2007, a" w:st="on">2007, a</st1:metricconverter> four-day event of music and multimedia that focuses on modern artistic exploration of primitive video games and home computer technology. Presenting 40 musicians and visual artists from around the world, the Blip Festival shows that artists adopt and reproduce a hardware-familiar but forgotten as the Commodore 64, the Nintendo Entertainment System, Atari game console, the online home computer and Game Boy-exploring their potential is not exploited and their only aesthetic.</span></p>
<p>The concerts night of the festival and projections daily, workshops and presentations are accompanied by BITMAP: beautiful as new, it is an exhibition of visual art .<br />
The inauguration of Blip Festival 2006 was the first exhibition of its kind and the largest event in the history of the form designed by over 1400 participants, and Blip Festival 2007 continues the time to fracture of his predecessor.<span lang="EN-US"><o:p></o:p></span></p>
