The fourth edition of the International Yoga Festival  will take place in Milan at the prestigious Superstudiopiù, location of quality events, a modern setting to accommodate a weekend dedicated to Yoga, spiritual search and Ayurveda.

The last 4 years have seen the world of the Yoga open itself to the western contemporary society bringing a different vision of the world. This Festival confirms this by becoming a valuable appointment for the world of Yoga creating a rare moment of dialogue and comparison between the various visions: Excellent schools, Agencies, Associations, Masters, young teachers and students.

The chosen topic for this edition is  YOGA AND FUTURE. Yoga was created centuries ago to accompany humanity through great changes (Yuga) and by teaching us how to listen, also in our age, it will prepare us and support us for the future.

The program of activities, still in progress, features interesting personalities of the national and international panorama. It will include through seminars, workshops, lectures, free classes, presentations, meetings with some of the more interesting visions of the world of the Yoga.
