The first line of IKOON jeans was born in the very heart of Florence in 2009 from the creative inspiration and inventiveness of the young entrepreneur Dimitris Zoz; following three long years of study, research and conceptual development of/on denim, raw materials, their workings and design.
The IKOON jeans is semi-artisan and sartorial, completely “Made in Italy”, and of very high esteem given the quality of the raw materials utilized and the artisan care with which every detail of the finished product is confectioned.
These jeans does not have any logos on it except on the inside of the removable trouser-back labels. This is because the
objective of IKOON is not that of promoting and selling a brand-name , but rather that of transmitting a concept of style.
Thanks to the sister line, IKOON Sartoria, Atelierzoz projects and realizes tailor – made jeans; which is confectioned according to the specific requirements of an exigent client, who in collaboration with the designer can make his pick from a choice of denim materials, inner lining of the pockets, the buttons, stitching colours, and type of leather to be utilized for the trouser-back labels (ostrich, crocodile, python, lizard or ray).
