The business model that Dolce Vita Homes is based upon is an execution platform embracing the entire value chain in residential development: from acquisition and asset management to conceptual design, project and construction management, from sales and marketing to customer services.

Salaino 10 is the  first project: and concerns the redevelopment of a building for residential use in the Parco Solari area of Milan. Dolce Vita Homes worked in cooperation with Antonio Citterio and Partners, who planned the building and designed the external loggia configuration.

All of Dolce Vita Homes activities are aimed towards the expression and the enhancement of italian creativity and are developed with the highest respect for the surrounding environment, identified as the fundamental element for personal well-being and quality of life.
