To eat well, be satisfied and healthy, you need to have a good relationship with food, something precious and to be respected. But for those who have not yet found peace with food, I suggest one day at the Museum of Science and Technology Leonardo da Vinci in Milan, where is on show  the exhibition “Buon Appetito. L’alimentazione  in tutti i sensi. ”

This is a  project realized thanks to the sponsorship of Nestlé, which addresses the key issues related to nutrition, balanced diet, lifestyle, food production and the importance of conviviality.

How to eat anything and not gain weight? How much can I eat the red meat? And with the fruits and vegetables not in season, how to behave?, These are just some of the questions that will answer this exhibition, an interactive and fun, with the testimonial, Marco Bianchi, the scientist-chef, and director of the program  “Tesoro salviamo i ragazzi”.”

Inaugurated on 18 October, the exhibition will remain open until June 24, 2012.
